For some time we notice that SPAUN products are also offered on the internet.
As couple of internet distributors try to get potential customers by offering cheap prices, the SPAUN Team suggests you to act as following:
Trust your local dealer!
- He will competently advise you about the different opportunities of satellite reception, especially with future updates and extensions
- He is able to measure according to the latest technique and he guarantees trouble free reception independent of the weather
- He is involved in all regulations and will also be personally responsible for proper and correct installation
- He is located in your area and will be there for you if you have some problems with satellite reception
Because of this reasons we ask for your understanding that our technical hotline will not be able to assist endcustomers with debugging or emergency maintenance.
Please be carefully in which situations you try to save money!
The more expensive installation by using a specialist will be forgotten soon but problems which may result from a wrong installation - problems with picture and / or sound - will disturb you for months, maybe years!
